Six weeks a year per fraction
In luxury co-ownership the promise is expressed in weeks: 1/8 equals six weeks a year, which are exactly 42 nights spread by season. This is how they are picked, used and rotated.

Full transparency before you buy
Use by whole weeks
Each week runs Saturday to Saturday, check-in at 15:00 and check-out at 11:00. You pick and use whole weeks.
Selection by turns
The Administrator opens the selection for the year and each fraction picks its weeks on its turn, following the published order.
Yearly rotation of the order
The picking order rotates every year: whoever picked first goes last. Nobody repeats an advantage.
Peak blocks, as information
Christmas, New Year and Holy Week are flagged as peak blocks within the high season so you know which dates are most contested before you choose. They are not handed out by rotation: you pick them like any other week, on your turn.

Every year a window opens, by turns, to move a picked and unconfirmed week to another free week of the same season.
Confirm up to 60 days ahead
You confirm each week up to 60 days before its Saturday check-in. A week left unconfirmed goes to the rental pool and its income is split across the eight fractions.
Cancel up to 30 days ahead
A confirmed week can be cancelled up to 30 days before check-in, not later. A cancelled week goes to the rental pool and its income is likewise split across the eight.
The week you release is yours if it rents
If you give notice early and voluntarily release a week, and the Administrator manages to rent it to a guest, that income belongs to your fraction, net of the management fee. If nobody rents it you receive nothing: releasing is offering, not charging.
