Arena Property structures and manages fractional co-ownership of luxury second homes, through an S.A.S. company and professional hotel operation, to make the investment and the running costs efficient in properties that are used little during the year.

    We analyse the asset, gather a closed group of partners and incorporate the company that buys the property in eight equal fractions.

    We find and qualify the partners of each property, privately and one to one.

  • We manage

    We are the manager for as long as the company exists: cleaning, maintenance, suppliers, property tax, insurance and the relationship with the operator.

We take part as founding co-owners in every project, on the same terms as the other partners.
